I don’t understand what you are asking. Currently a worker is placing the part on the assembly line manually. I want to automate this process.
Is this a pick and pack type operation, or move an item from one place to another like a staging area to a conveyor belt?

@RoboCS agreed, that’s exactly what I was alluding to. It’s much easier to understand the process flow of the business component that is being considered for automation with a description and/or illustration of the current process.
