If I get the Artduino starter kit do I need a power supply to get it running?

Do I need a laptop or computer etc to use it ?

Not necessarily. The kit includes a USB cable which is used to program the board and can also be used to power it up. The Uno automatically draws power from either the USB or an external power supply.

Do I need a laptop or computer etc to use it ?

Yes, you will need a computer or laptop to program the Arduino.
