i bought new hexapod robot.which includes SSC-32 and bot board-2.when i run the basic atom IDE software for programming bot board-2.Its not able to compile.when i click on find atom pro in tools option—it shows “could not find atom pro”.
The C led is not glowing from the first day–when i start working on it

Desktop or Laptop?
Operating system?
Which processor are you using, Atom or Atom Pro?
Which IDE are you using?
Are you using a serial port or a USB port?
If you’re using a USB to serial cable what is the manufacturer?
Does the power light turn on?
Do you hear a clicking in the speaker when power is on?
