Iclebo arte spare parts

G’day Guys

I’ve got an iClebo arte here that is displaying a C8 error code. in the manual the C8 code relates to “magnetic encoder” and the solution is - check the front wheel and magnetic sensor are clean and correctly inserted. I have checked all the obvious stuff and all appears to be good.

couple of questions
Has anyone come across this problem before?
What is the problem likely to be?
Also where online can I find an iClebo parts manual/schematic?

@brett, it could be caused by the sensor that have dust or dirt on them. For the user guide click here. As for more technical guides they are not available.

thanks mate, I’ve already got that manual.

I pulled it apart the other day to check the encoder on the front wheel, it is all spotlessly clean and all plugs are seated correctly in their sockets.

do you know where I can buy spare parts for it? as I now want to replace the encoder board for the front wheel.

Please verify the magnet bearing is aligned like this, if not, remove it with slight force and flip it.

I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to minister to a sick Iclebo Pop.

I’ve loosened all the obvious screws in the bottom part, but to no good.

Anybody know how I can remove the casing.

Thanks in advance for any hints, tips, used paper currency, etc.
