iClebo arte shuts down after a hard hit (video inside)

I have a problem with my robot iClebo arte
sometimes after hitting an object too hard, it will turn off for a 1-2 seconds, then turn back on and continue like nothing happened

@oren9994, it is not a common issue, it seems like an intermittent issue, it is hard to say what can cause this, did it use to hit the wall that hard? It seems to be hitting hard the object when it happens. How is the battery connection? Could be loose enough to cause this but not enough to shut down the robot. Worth the check up. Let us know how it goes.
