I am wondering if Robotshop provides already assembled robots…?
Like the one called “Hiwonder JetMax Pro JETSON NANO Robot Arm with Mecanum Wheel Chassis Support ROS Python” with everything I need to control it…?

Most robots are shipped as kits (not assembled) however there are some that are “plug and play” you can find some options by looking for the word “assembled” in the store.
The robot you mentioned is a kit, which means that it is not assembled but it provides instructions on how to assemble and use it. For reference, most products that mention chassis in the title do not come assembled.
What type of robot are you looking for? a robot arm? a wheeled platform? both?
Here are some suggestions for robotic arms that come assembled:
Examples using Arduino and Python are available so that students and hobbyists can integrate the arm into their projects. The graphical user interface, LSS FlowArm (created using FlowBotics Studio) makes controlling the arm very easy.

Now I need both a robot arm on a wheeled platform already assembled!

@Ovidiu A platform like the A4WD1 (which the AL5D and LSS 4DoF are compatible with is pretty easy to assemble. For example:
