I want to make such a robotic software through which anyone can generate zalgo text discord, for their personal uses.

You’ll probably have better luck researching Discord Bots and figuring out how to incorporate the Zalgo Text Generator into the bot utilizing the Discord forums or other sites that walk you through creating a Discord Bot.
I dont know if that is possible. If you have already done so, please leave a link here since I am very curious about how that would work out. My friends also want to see it working in the playroom discord server so if you could do it, we could get you some nice users.
