I purchased a Neato Botvac from your shop in 2016, it is in need of repair, how can I arrange that with Roboshop?

Description: error 1095 (laser)

Hardware concerned*: Botvac connected

Software concerned:

Troubleshooting steps already taken: called neato and ran all troubleshooting steps with them. rotated laser with qtip, blew compressed air.
