I need to make a motor hot

I need to make a motor hot by attaching a small motor to a big motor with a current regulator

If I attach a 1.5 volt resistor to a motor and have this power the motor it will make the motor go to 60 celsius and higher

Can anyone tell me how to put a 1.5 volt regulator on a motor

Then we will have made this 1 watt heater except using a motor instead of a sticky plate with silicone

The only fun is building things ourselves
