I need the ducted propeller system for my prototype

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:

I need the ducted propeller system for my prototype. I need the ducted propeller (diameter 0.4 m) what must achieve the airspeed in outlet from duct 100-150 m/s, What is needful electric power need for 3 blade propeller (your choice) and rotation speed. This is not lifting thrust only air speed is needful.

You’ll need to do some research into the correlation between vehicle speed and propeller. The propeller can vary in pitch, speed / rpm, diameter, number of blades and more. Don’t have an easy answer for you here. Once you find the propeller you need to generate a specific velocity, you’ll also then need to choose a motor which operates at that rpm, but with the torque needed to generate that thrust. Last, you can calculate the “power” (voltage and current) required to run that kind of motor. So… complex.

A work-around is to choose a motor+propeller combination which is overpowered, get a wind speed sensor and adjust the rpm to get the wind speed you need.
