buy one recently but I have a problem which no internal problem if the same, I do not respond to control and when started makes his initial greeting and is paralyzed, my question is if I have a warranty or how I could help solve my problem

If they determine that the product is defective, please let us know by submitted a ticket in our support center and we will be glad to replace defects covered by the warranty.
