In the description of that robot I saw the following note:
”APP control: Automatically self-built signal hotspot after power on; the user just needs to connect a smart phone to control the car through an Android app”
So, my question is: “Whether in this case can be used a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, 8" instead of smart phone?”

I believe that as long as your device uses Android and WIFI it will work, but the best way to find out if it is compatible or not is by downloading the control app, you can find it here:
