Hi,

This happens sometimes when the Roomba is not leveled when on the charging dock. You would need to replace the charging dock (one of the pad should be melted as well), the robot’s bottom shell and a new charging metal contact.

Unfortunately, we do not sell these. We would suggest you to contact the manufacturer, your reseller or verify a third party website such as eBay for these parts.
