I am unabel to operate robot. Robot and remote working.

Is it a brand new robot or it stopped working after some time?

You say that robot and remote are working, but you cannot operate the robot? Can you please elaborate?

Have you tried using brand new batteries?

RBM, Thanking you for asking.

A) robot is old, trues after 1 year.

B) Charged robot fully.(lights working)

C) Used new battery for remote ( light working)

Please advise.

I’ve found this user manual which could be helpful for you:

Please check if the switch is in ON position and that robot is not in StandBy Mode.

What happens when you press Demo Mode on the transmitter?
