Hello, I am trying to use a S-Type 500kg load cell with a HX711. I want to know what the output of the HX711 is for 500kgs. Also I am getting random numbers so I am unsure if it is working correctly with my ardunio uno. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I think this tutorial will be useful for you. You can use it to check if you have correctly interfaced the HX711 with the load cell. There you will see that you need to set a calibration factor to convert the output of the HX711 to grams.
Remember that each load cell with different weight ie. load cell 20KG, 60Kg and 100KG have a different value of calibration factor. Thus, you will have to set the calibration factor for each load cell with different weight.
