Hubsan FVP X4 Plus Mini QuadCopter

Hello,

I purshased the Hubsan FVP X4 Plus Mini QuadCopter on December 16th (Invoice #10366858). I have flown it successible for 2 days then suddenly the drone stopped working. I have gone through the troubleshooting section of the manual but there is no subject to my issue.

Here is a description of the issue:

  • Fresh batteries in the transmitter
  • Fully charged LIPO battery in the drone
  • Powering the transmitter is ok
  • Powering the drone is ok
  • Transmitter and drone are pairing correctly
  • Drone has all of its lights steady on
  • Camera is transmitting the image correctly
  • Pulling the sticks back and outward to start the engines… NO RESPONSE. The motors are not reving.

I am baffled to say the least.

Hi Gilles,

You may want to look at the transmitter mode as if for some reason you are now in Mode1 the controls will be inverted.
Take a look at the manual on P.24 for more information about changing the mode.

Regardless of the transmitter mode (M1 or M2), starting and stoping the motors is done the same way as shown in section 7.4 (page 15) of the manual.
Is Robotshop willing to consider to exchange my drone ?
