Hub and Sprocket diameters

Im trying to model the track system however I ran into a small problem with the 3d models. The diameter of the ‘passive idler hub’s’ shaft that passes thru the 9" sprockets center hole are different sizes. I decided to check the 6" sprocket and it is also a different size. That makes three different sizes in total. I’m just wondering if I can get an accurate measurement on the shaft/hole size, to do some preliminary design work.

How much different is it. Details needed. I know most of the ses models have been modeled by various users. I have modeled a good portion of them or converted them from other formats. The thing is that if they were already modeled I just converted them. Never checked the sizes of holes unless I used the part in an assembly. If Jim shoots me the sketches I can run through the hubs and verify the sizes. Though you should be able to adjust the holes yourself in your software

I can tell you the hubs are designed for 0.370" and the sprockets are designed for 0.375". Hope this helps…

aaand the hub models came from the 2d autocad files and a digital micrometer.
