Hi!
I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Will this motor support load off its axle and does it come with the frame in the photo?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!

The frame is not included - those are shown as examples of how it might be mounted. The parts can be found here:

If it’s any significant load, it should not be supported by the shaft. The shaft itself is only supported by one ball bearing inside (rather than two), so it’s really meant for (rotational) torque applications.
Thank you very much for the response, would the frame allow it to support more load?
Are you able to say what load the motor could hold with and without the frame?
If you support the shaft at its end, you would be supporting a solid shaft, which should support quite a good load (don’t know exact value). You would need the radial load of the shaft. Based on experience, you might estimate it to be ~1Kg very close to the motor, but the farther the weight is, the more torque it creates. Can you provide a sketch or drawing of your design with dimensions?
