We are very interested in their Modular 4 DOF Robot Arm- Open Loop (Aluminum), Product Code : RB-Ins-18
Does this company supply the controller for this? If not do they provide support on what type of controller we’ll need and how to configure it?
Where are the joint kits that we’ll need to buy?
Also are the servos included. It says on that page they are but then further down it says they are not.

The arm does not come with a servo controller but some of theirs are available on Robotshop’s website:

You will also need a powerful 12V power supply capable of sending ~20A to the whole system. This one will work just fine:
On a side note, this arm works with regular servos and you don’t need to buy the supplier’s controller to make it work. Any controller capable of handling 12V >20A will work.
