I’m currently building my own heavy-lift drone and I was looking at the Lynxmotion MES Power Distribution Board (PDB) for my motors. I’m trying to calculate the AUW of the UAV as well as the CG but I can’t seem to find the weight of the PDB anywhere online. Would anyone happen to know it?

You are entirely right, the weight is not displayed on the product page.
I’m not at the office at the moment to verify this but our system (for inventory and shipping) have the total package weight which consist of all the parts plus the bag and is showing 0.022lbs / 0.01kg / 0.3527oz.
