I have the same problem, i cleaned everything and the sensors but still not working. Please help i am still in warranty.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
We will also need to see the Anti-Pinch pins after being cleaned with WD-40 and sandpaper to check their status.

My litter robot is not working anymore. Not spinning and can’t even cycle or empty. When i press reset it flashes to yellow light very cast then i click it again ans goes back to flashing blue…i checked the sensors and cleaned every connection with a q-tip also the DFI as well but still no good. I need this for my cats, i cant even contact American customer service because i am in the UK and the number does not work.
