According to the AL5D Arm Assembly Instructions Rev. 2., the horn for the Hitec HS-805BB should look like this:

(I did not get my HS-805BB from Lynxmotion 
Is there somewhere I can purchase the proper horn from, or do I just have to drill my horn to match the AL5D mounting hardware?

Could get the nice metal horns. I got mine free with servos from LM.

If you have the servo bracket, then drilling the holes in the horn using the bracket for a template should be simple.
I think the problem is that the ASB-205 (Aluminum Long “C” 805BB/MG Servo Bracket Two Pack | lynxmotion.com/p-808-aluminum-long-c-805bbmg-servo-bracket-two-pack.aspx) states: “NOT compatible with HMSH-02 metal servo horns.” (lynxmotion.com/p-505-hitec-s … apped.aspx)
Looks like I better get to drilling!
