Is anyone familiar with the procedure to start an after school program for children for robots and to enter competitions? Where is the best place to find information about this and what types of materials are needed to getting something like this started?

There is no “fixed” procedure to starting a program at a school, though if you are interested in having the students enter a competition, you can find a list of Robotic Competitions in the RobotShop Learning Center. We’ll have an article out soon in the Articles section of the Learning Center as to suggestions as to how to get one started and keep it successful.
