How to repair a blinking Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR?

Hello,

The Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR are permanently blinking. The datasheet indicates that it s a malfunction state. But i cant find what the origin of the problem is. Moreover, is it possible to repair a blinking Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR (by myself and not waiting for the warranty) or is it definitely broken ?

Hello,

Please note that the Hokuyo devices are not serviceable by users. Therefore, there are no available parts to fix any issue with them. They have to be repaired by the manufacturer directly.

Simply open a new ticket here (choose the repairs/exchange department). In your message, make sure to include your invoice or order number.
