How to recreate the ^wobble dog^ - suitable dc motor / controller combo

Hi all
Hope this is the right forum but would love to recreate the “Wobble Dog” for my works secret santa gift
but I would really like some advice re the correct motor / speed controller to use - I’m aiming to power it using a switched ac/dc adaptor between 3 - 12v dc.
Any advice appreciated.

I think you could use something like this:

And any DC motor with a max of 10A continuous (if you want to use the speed controller I suggested)
