One of the most annoying things that I have to do on a weekly basis is take out the trash out to the curb.
I want to be able to automate this process but not sure what type of navigation methodology would work best? I can built a simple line tracking robot but I want to avoid marking up my driveway and sidewalk.
How would you navigate a robot to a specific location outside your house?

Well I thought of a couple of options but some are “difficult” to implement (like using Cameras & Vision Sensors), some would be “expensive” (Outdoor beacons), so I think a good solution would be using Perimeter Wire:
