but i want to know how to make them wateproof ? as you know put glue on them is not good choise

One of the way would be to encase them in a waterproof cabinet, but since they are flexible it is probably not used that way.
There are some spray materials sold in hardware store that might work to keep water away.
There are even something called “Tropicalization” for PCB that could maybe work on that as well.
