How to make BLDC motor of 125 torque?

If I want to make a BLDC motor such that it operates at 48V, 60 rpm and can achieve 125 Nm of torque, for such an engine, which is need relationship slots/magnetic poles required, the length L and the coil parameters required (formulas)?

There should be a website out there which has that info, but none that we have on file. Normally you get that information in a textbook. Very few individuals actually look to wind their own motor(s) as the effort required is substantial per motor.
