How To Fix The Take off problem of an UAV?

I build a quadcopter using a (+ shape) 50 CM frame, with 4 Brushless 1000KV DC Motor along with pair of 10x4.5’ Propeller after doing all the configuration and setting to the flight controller with LibrePilot GCS and after connecting it with the receiver I tried to fly it, but then I saw the propeller only spins the UAV didn’t take off or fly. I couldn’t figure out what the problem is, then again I tried the same with 8x4.5’ propeller. But the problem remains same, now the propellers are only spinning but it’s not taking off. How do I fix it and fly my UAV?

#4. ESC- 30A
#5. Flight Controller- CC3D
#6. Transmitter & Receiver- FlySky CT6B
#7. Battery- 2500 mAh LiPo (25C)

First thing to verify is the direction of rotation on each motor, you should make sure they are spinning the right direction.
Once that’s done you ca put the right propeller on the right motor.

You also need to do the setup in the CC3D board. I suggest using Cleanflight software on your board with the “Cleanflight - Configurator” which is easy to use.

Sir, the attachment is another image of the propeller rotating direction. feel free to check.
