I feel dumb asking this but, how do I download a Flowbotic App?
I recently purchased the “FlowBotics App for Phidgets Wheatstone Bridge Sensor Interface”
I did receive a licence number in my package, but I cannot figure out how to actually download the program.

@mr_robotshop Welcome. You should have also receive an email with instructions on how to download (check your spam folder just in case). In rare instances the payment is delayed, which delays sending the email. The download would be found when you log into the RobotShop e-commerce website and go to your account. There’s a tab “Downloads” which will contain the file. If you don’t seem to be able to, we’ll investigate and re-send the email if needed. Await your update.
Thank you for the help. This answers my question. The software was bought through my organization’s purchasing department, so they received that email instead of me. We have figured it out.
