How to diagnose Roomba 870 issue?

Hello, i have a roomba,it start to have less and less endurance, then stop working at all.The strange part is even in the stand it still doesn’t light up.I thougt it was the battery so i manually charge it ( with a generator ) mesure 17 V and place it back, nothing not even a single light on.So i plug directly my generator ( with 15 V ) inside the roomba, nothing as well. When i open the roomba and place it on the stand i can’t measure any voltage ( if i place my voltemetre the same way the battery have the GND and positif ). But something i don’t understant ( among other about this robot ) is why there is 4 connector on the battery ? ( i attache a photo ) i find + and GND but i still have two connector i don’t know what they are for. How should i proceed to find what wrong on my roomba then replace it ?

Hi,

These 2 pins are to measure the temperature of the battery.

The problem you are experiencing seems to be caused by the motherboard, since you do not have any voltage on the motherboard. Have you tested if you have any voltage on the charging station?

Hi,Yes i checked the voltage output on the charging station is 22V ( when roomba is on top of it when not its 2.2V)

Hi,

Then unfortunately, the problem seems to be linked with the motherboard. You would need to replace it.
