How to create a Sonar - My proyect

Hi everyone thanks for checking in, does anybody know how Sonars are made? I need to develop a 360 degrees one in order to make a virtual map, I plan to make a circular set of little ultrasound emitters, including its own receptor, I can't find any information regarding how they're actually built and what they're composed of, please help!

      Hobby ultrasonic range finders will interferer with each other, you will have to leave time for all the echos die down before you trigger the next one.

     For how there made the SR-04 is open source so if you Google “hc sr04 circuit diagram” or “hc sr04 working principle” you will find plenty to read.

     Please keep us in the loop as you experiment, reading about your work might motivate me to get off my butt and back to the workbench.

Quite a few custom ultrasonic sensors may cost a bit, both in time and money. Might want to at least be aware of sensors like this (especially if it’s for a professional / work application):
