i need to know, How to connect RPLIDAR A3 with PLC Siemens s7 ??

Hi @SarraKh and welcome to our forum.

Slamtec RPLIDAR A3 360° Laser Scanner (25 m) supports TTL UART as communication interface, so that is your chance for connecting it to your PLC.

If your PLC has serial port you should check what is rated output voltage of it (TTL UART voltage level is 3.3V and it can happen that your PLC is on 5V voltage level so you would need, for example, RS232-TTL converter for this).

Also, in your PLC software, you should be able to add Generic Serial Device where you can setup Baud rate and other settings.
