How to connect back horn to RS 1270 servo

Hi,

I am using RS 1270 for building a kid sized humanoid. I wanted to know how to use the back horn design in RS 1270 for better mounting of the servo. I have seen images where another horn is connected at the back side of the servo. How exactly is this made so that there is minimal friction?

The rear hole / protrusion does not seem to be threaded and does not fit the horns provided.

As such, you can use a screw or rod into the hole in order to support the servo from the bottom as well as the top.
Note that the bracket will only be connected to the servo’s horn, and not this bottom hole (loose fit). The functionality is similar to the Lynxmotion Servo Hinge here:
