How to conect and control actuator to RC Airplane reciever?

how and what do I need to connect a 12volt actuator to my RC airplane receiver?

I have a Spectrum Dx5e transmitter N receiver and a 12volt battery, I would like to be able to control a 2" 12volt actuator , what do you guys have to sell me to make it happen? thanks

its for the steering on my Powerwheels RC conversion project.

needed- 12v 2" Actuator(fast one), and stuff to connect it to my receiver.

Does the actuator have a potentiometer? If so, can you provide a link to the product page?
You will likely either consider a DPDT relay or the LAC:
