Can someone help me pick the right esc?

For which motor are you looking for an ESC? Brushed or brushless?
To choose the right ESC you have to check if it is able to handle the maximum current the motor might consume, and if it is able to provide it at the right voltage.
Also, if you want the motor to rotate CW and CCW you have to check if the ESC is capable of that as most ESCs used in the hobby industry only allow the motor to rotate in one direction, though with the right firmware, they can operate in both directions.
