If you are just looking for threshold detection you could use an LM339 quad comparator with some potentiometers to set the thresholds and drive 4 digital inputs with the comparator outputs.

Because this is the RIOS forum I think he is referring to the threshold that is applied to an analog input to direct the flow of the sequence of movement of the arm. It’s part of RIOS, not a hardware addition.
