How to build a device to move an object up and down with a remote?

i want to build a device to move something like up and down with a remote controll if any one could help i looked and found this site idk how i would build this or make it work i want it to move from like an upward vertical position to a more horizontal downward postion? it is a turkey decoy i want it to bend down to make it feed? thanks

Can you provide a drawing or sketch of what you want to do? How much does the decoy weigh? Is it flat or three dimensional?
