Hi, I’m planning on making a 6 D.O.F biped, so I’ll have 12 servos all together (6 per leg) and I just wanted to know how many output pins on the Bot Board II can be used for servos (because I know that Pin 9 is used for the speaker so I just wanted to know if there are anymore like that).

The Bot Board II with an Atom Pro 28 has 20 I/O pins. All of them are servo capable when using Hservo. There are some pins that can be used for other things, speaker, LEDs and buttons, PS2, etc. But you only have 20 to start with.
Just to expand on that:
Pin 9: speaker
Pins 12-14: Buttons A, B, and C
Pins 12-15: PS2 controller (either this or the buttons)
Pins AX0-AX3 and 0-3 can be used for analog inputs.
Other than that, I can’t think of any other pins with special properties.
