Can the servoports be used as serial in/outputs ,because i would like to eventualy add a compass and gps receiver + ping and a couple of ir,s wireless + ssc32 and others
Yes the serial ports or those 3pin servo headers can be used for other devices. You can even power other peripherals using these ports but you need to set the jumper to output 5v. The manual covers this in more detail.
