How do I read this diagram

How would I wire these motor drivers?!?!?! Idk how to even read this diagram and it’s confusing the hell out of me and hurting my brain and I don’t want to hook it up wrong and short out the board and be out $140

Hi @L93camaroz28l ,

Which part is confusing for you?

You can see on the right side, you connect the motors (positive, negative, to each board separately, so one motor per board) and battery (positive, negative, from one source, in parallel to both boards).

Now the left side is maybe tricky for you. Which transmitter/receiver are you using?

Thank you.

Yea the left side I see the motors and the battery connectors and understand how to wire 2 batteries in series but the left side is still kinda wonky to me even after I watched the videos of them here

I still don’t understand the left side on what all connects to the receiver. But I’ll either be using my dx5c I have for my rc cars or I’ll be ordering the flysky i6x so either one of those transmitter/receiver combos

Also would I be able to run 36v to the motor since I know the board/s will handle it because they are rated for 40v? Didn’t know how bad that would be for the motor tho. I mean technically they are rated for 24v and that’s with a heavy load of a human being and most I’ve seen on them are 2-300+lbs so u would think the motor wouldn’t sweat at 36v with a 50lb lawnmower even going uphill but idk

Hi,

As I understood, you need to connect this RC PCB extension board (I guess you should just follow the color of the wires) to these two drivers.

Then, you connect your Flysky i6x to this RC PCB.

Regarding the motors. If they are 24V motors, it would be best to run them at 24V. You can use less or more, but this will affect motors performance and lifetime. It should be enough to use 24V battery in this case.

Ok I was just curious about running 36v because I have a bunch of ryobi 18v packs and was going to hook 2 of them up in series to make 36v and as far as the extension board the part that is confusing me is what color wires and such I would hook to my Rx. I’ll be using my spektrum srs6000 receiver and dx5c transmitter because i already have them on hand until I get my flysky i6x.
