How do I plug Cytron LCD display into Arduino Uno

Hi,

I discovered that no Arduino shields or components come with documentation any longer. The online documentation doesn’t explain how to plug a Cytron 1602A LCD Display (16 x 2) shield into an Arduino Uno correctly. It looks like it just plugs into the top of the Arduino, with the A0-A6 pins at the bottom matching. However, the D4-D7 pins at the top of the LCD shield and Uno do Not match. In fact, they appear on opposite ends of each board.

This is the complete LCD module with the six buttons on the bottom. Am I right that I can just plug it in and go, or is there another way to go? I just don’t want to risk ruining the boards when I plug it in. Thanks for any input on this.
