Hello every experts.
I meet a difficult problem, i try to make a program to control the Arms AL5C. But i found that sometimes the axis of arm rotate by the gravity(not by the servo). So i cannot control the AL5C accuraty, and its moving which is not the track i wish. So how can i solve this problem? i have no idea at all…
And i must resolve it and finish my project of the school. I am still a student now.
Make sure you have a very good power supply for the arm that can supply ~6v to the servos at all times. There will always be some flex in the arm depending on the load being carried. A spring on the arm to hlep balance the loading might improve accuraccy.
Not even sure what you are trying to say here. Are you having problems with the servos, or are you trying to solve for gravity. If it’s gravity you will need to make a formula to compensate. It will involve the IK formula as well.
