Is the only reason we need to use Hitec servos becouse of the round almunum servo horn?
If I had horns made for spectrum spline I would rather use these in the A-pod I want to purchase.
Any help would be greatfull.

I don’t think specktrum make any servo that would have the torque needed.
Why you don’t want to use Hitec servos?
All the SES brackets are made to fit Hitec servo, its not just about the horn.
There are lots of reasons…
First off, the SES brackets have been made to fit most standard size Hitec analogue or digital servos.
The HS-3xx, 4xx, 5xx, 6xx, 54xx, 56xx, and 59xx servos are verified to fit.
Note that servos from other manufacturers are not guaranteed (nor likely) to fit if they do not fit the envelopes of non-standard sizes.
Please check servo dimensions as well as the specified horn pattern.
