High voltage and current motor controllers

I am interested in high voltage (500 volts) and high current (50 amps) brushless dc motor controllers - how difficult is it to reach these parameters? Are there any controllers with these parameters in a small package (3"x3"x0.25") available somewhere?

Unfortunately, the BLDC motor controller requirements you are looking for is above what we offer in our Brushless DC Motor Controllers. We suggest you to look for industrial product suppliers for this type of motor controller.
You can look for “25kW BLDC Motor Driver/Controller”, but it will be certainly bigger than the dimensions you have provided.
