Hi torque servo with 270 degree rotation

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I am after some servos that have 270 degree rotation they are the ones commonly used in radio controlled vehicles needs to be torque around 15 to 25kg

However, I looked at the options and there doesn’t seem to be one that meets your exact needs, there are some that provide enough torque but not enough range (https://www.robotshop.com/en/hs-5805mg-giant-scale-metal-gear-digital-servo-motor.html) others that reach 270 degrees or more but don’t provide enough torque (https://www.robotshop.com/en/osepp-955cr-360-high-torque-metal-gear-servo.html) and others that provide too much torque (https://www.robotshop.com/en/torxis-i01856-12v-high-torque-industrial-servo-motor.html). A good solution could be a smart servo like this:

Here are some of the specs:

  • Torque, max. static at 12 V: 29 kg-cm
  • Operating angle: 360° absolute and virtual multi-turn
  • Communication type: TTL full duplex asynchronous serial or RC PWM.
