Can someone tell me how to add a pic on the left of my post, and how to edit my signature.

We don’t have avatars (picture to the left of your post) enabled, so you cannot add one.
To edit your signature, click on “Profile” in the top menu.
Ok, after a bit of debate, we’ve decided to enable remote avatars on a trial basis. 
You can change your avatar in the Profile section as well.
It looks good but does not seem to limit size of the image. I linked one about 500 pixels wide and it made my avatar the same 500 pixel wide image, breaking the tables and pushing everything to the right pretty far. I linked to a thumbnail view of that image on my picture site (Smugmug.com) but it would be good to limit the size or put some sort of image tags in to resize it.
Thanks for letting me know - I’ll look into that! I do have the size limited to 100x100px, so I’m not quite sure why it’s not working!
