Hexapod Robot

Hey guys , this is my first share

I’m working on my final year project which is a bout “Spider Robot” and I need to finsh it very soon.I’ve designed the body kit and I’ve alraedy installed SSC-32 Ver 2.0 … :wink:

The robot can move using Visual Sequencer program and it has limited motions.

My hexapod seems the same as Phoenix Hexapod . I liked Phoenix Hexapod’s motions.

I want to upgrade my hexapod robot to do as same as the Phoenix Hexapod but with some sensors (in the front ) and PS2-style remote control(wireless). 8)

so,I’m planning to order these equipments :
• p.Brain-SMB + HexEngine
• BS2p24 + Carrier Board
• PS2 Gamepad Extension Cable
• SFR08 Range Finder
• Bot board II
• BASIC Atom Pro 28 Pin
• 2.4ghz Wireless PS2 Controller
• PS2 Wiring Harness
• Jumper Cables
And I’ve already ssc-32 board …
I want my hexapod to do 3 tasks :

• First task is to be cantrolled using Wireless PS2 Controller
• Second is the Basic Obstacle Avoidance
• Third task is Controlling its body Using Range Finder

I’m wondering how I’m going to program the p.Brain board and bot Board II ?? :exclamation:

And which code they accept ?? Or they come already programmed (closed code )!! :open_mouth:

I went through tutorials but they did’t say in clear words which code they used !! :unamused:

My hexapod’s body seems as the MSR-H01 Hexapod’s body but how about
the body and legs dimensions, will it require to change the program according to its legs
dimensions. Please look to the attachment !

I think I need to follow a certain procedure for my demands !! so, what do you advise guys ?
Can you give me some steps for that ?? :slight_smile:
Also Is it possible to run my hexapod with both ps2 and the Basic Obstacle Avoidance in the same time ?2D.rar (51.6 KB)
