Hi all,
This was posted on the adafruit blogs a few days ago, and I wanted to pop in the lovely lynxmotion forums here.
I’m a student at MIT hosting the world’s first hexapod conference this Saturday on the MIT campus (building N52, room 337).
If you like robots (Prof. Sangbae Kim, who’s working on a cheetah robot, is the keynote speaker) and food or just want to learn what this is all about, please register at hexacon2013.eventbrite.com and come hang out.
(Hit ““other payment options > pay at door”” if you don’t wish to donate.)
All are welcome. Come be part of the Hexapod movement! If you bring a robot to demo, please let me know.
There’s also going to be a dance-off, everyone is welcome to participate in that. I might glue two extra arms to you though…
Also, there’s travel scholarships of up to $100 available, check out the website hexacon2013.mit.edu for more information.
Thanks all! Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
