The company that I work for wants to automate some processes, one of which is moving a small cardboard box from one conveyor belt to another one. The conveyor belts are fairly close (around 400mm).
I have though of using a robotic arm for pick-and-place operations with a vision system, but the robots I have looked at are out of our budget, especially if you add the vision system.
Can anyone recommend a budget robotic arm with a budget vision system? If anyone has an alternative to the vision system that is also welcome. The robotic arm can have a payload of around 1kg.
